We offer various cost effective property assessment solutions to meet your due diligence needs. We have completed multiple Limited Site Assessments and Phase I Site Assessments on various property types.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA) are an important risk management tool during commercial real estate transactions. JCW Resources fully understands how the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report is used in the commercial and multi-family real estate industry. We provide Phase I ESA reports throughout the United States, for U.S. based commercial real estate lenders.

LEAK DETECTION AND REPAIR SURVEYS (LDAR)
JCW Resources can provide Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) surveys utilizing a FLIR GF320 Infrared Camera designed for Methane and VOC detection.
We have two certified thermographers with the proper technical expertise to help clients across various industries meet regulatory requirements for fugitive emissions monitoring.
LDAR is a critical part of operations at chemical and natural gas plants, upstream oil and gas production, and gas compression facilities. Our LDAR thermographers will visit client facilities and inspect the required components with a FLIR OGI camera, to identify where hydrocarbons may be leaking. If leaks are identified, we can assist operations with basic initial repair strategies, and help the operations staff document completed repairs to maintain regulatory compliance.
